The organic farm Sprung
Happy chickens, Aberdeen Angus cattle and organic farming as well as best care for the animals.
Hosting guests is just one of our passions. Since 2020 we have also been running the organic farm Sprung in Rauris. Our Aberdeen Angus herd currently consists of 18 cattle that share their beautiful habitat with around 200 chickens. This is where many of the delicious products served at the Bergparadies come from, such as hay-milk cheese, mountain cheese and organic herb cheese, as well as organic raw milk and organic eggs.
The carpentry Gratz
For the love of craftsmanship
We roll up our sleeves, whether on the farm or in the family’s carpentry workshop in Dorfgastein. It is a small, two-man business that produces individual custom-made products of all kinds. Of course, all the wooden furniture in the Bergparadies and in the Guesthous Gratz comes from our own carpentry. The furniture is just like us – pragmatic, but with a love of detail, without kitschy clichés and designer stuff, but practical out of conviction.
