Regional breakfast buffet
Have a great start to your day and enjoy our daily fresh breakfast in the Bergparadies main building.
Fresh produce from the family’s own organic farm Sprung in Rauris, sweet and savoury delicacies, a varied selection of breads, homemade jams, a sensational Bircher muesli made according to Christian’s secret recipe and daily changing specials – this and much more awaits you at our breakfast buffet. And of course there’s coffee – both from the vending machine and fresh filter coffee – and a wide range of teas from Hornig.
The Bergparadies breakfast is served daily from 7.30 to 10.00 a.m.
You can book our breakfast up to the evening before either directly with us at reception or via our app. If you know in advance that you would like to book your holiday apartment with breakfast, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Family-owned organic farm
Our breakfast is not only regional, but we mostly use produce from our own organic farm.
The organic farm Sprung is located in Rauris, in one of the neighbouring valleys, so to speak. Melanie Gratz, the daughter of the owners of the Bergparadies, lives and works there. The farm is also home to many happy chickens and cattle, and we owe them the unique organic products on the Bergparadies breakfast buffet. From eggs to three different kinds of cheese and fresh milk, everything comes directly from our organic farm.
Bread service
If you prefer to have your breakfast in the comfort of your own apartment, you can take advantage of our bread service. Just give us your order by 4.30 p.m. the day before – at reception or via our app – and you will find your ordered breakfast on the ground floor of the respective building the next morning.
