We are a small, friendly team of around 16 people working in the areas of administration, reception, kitchen, service and housekeeping. The majority of our staff have been with us for a very long time – something to be proud of. We believe in flat hierarchies and good cooperation. Creativity and initiative are encouraged at the Bergparadies and the whole team is involved in decision-making.
