How can I book at the Bergparadies****?
You can book your apartments through our homepage, via email or over the phone.
Is your online booking form secure?
Entered information in our online booking form is secure via SSL. If you prefer to give us your credit card details over the phone, via email or fax you can do this also.
Do I need a credit card to secure the booking?
No, you can pay in advance via bank transfer as well.
Will my credit card be charged if I make a booking?
Yes, we will charge 30% of the lodgement price as deposit to secure your reservation with us.

Which payment options do you have?
We accept, cash, maestro, visa and mastercard. Please note, a surcharge of 1.6% will apply.
Do I receive a confirmation form my online booking.
Of course, you will receive for every booking a confirmation.
Is it possible to book for a larger group?
For group bookings, we kindly ask you, to contact the Front Desk through email or phone.
Service at the Bergparadies****
Is there a shuttle service?
Upon request, we do offer a shuttle service for a fee. For more information, please contact us over the phone, via email or using the chat option on the website.
What are the opening hours of the Front Desk?
Our Front Desk is open daily.
Monday - Sunday: 08.00 AM – 12.00 PM (noon) & 1.00 PM to 5.00 PM
We reserve the right to change the opening hours of our Front Desk according to low seasons requirements.
What are the Check In & Check Out times?
Check In is possible from 4.00 PM onwards.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave your apartment for cleaning purposes until 09.30 AM.
Do you allow smoking in the Bergparadies****?
Our apartments are non-smoking but you can smoke outside on the balcony or terrace.
Are pets allowed?
We do welcome pets in the Bergparadies****. A surcharge of € 10,00 per pet / per day applies.
Do you have parking spots available?
The Bergparadies**** offers free parking on its own parking lot.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, the SPAR supermarket is only 5 minutes walking distance from the Bergparadies****.
Will the apartments be cleaned?
The apartments will only be cleaned on your departure day for the new guests arriving. Of course, you can book additional cleaning days. A surcharge applies.
Which catering options does the Bergparadies**** offer?
We do offer our apartment guests every morning a fresh bread delivery service. In addition, we do offer a breakfast buffet at the Guesthouse Gratz. For dinner in the evening, our new partnerhotel, the smartHOTEL in Dorfgastein, offers delicious food as a half board option.
Do you have a laundry?
We offer a laundry service. Your washing will be cleaned, dried and ironed. A surcharge applies for this service.
Are there an iron / ironing board in the apartments?
In the building with the Front Desk, next to the ski cellar, an ironing station is available for you.
Equipment at the Bergparadies****
Is there Wi-Fi available at the Bergparadies****?
You can use the Wi-Fi complimentary in the whole complex of the Bergparadies**** including the apartments.
How the apartments equipped?
All apartments are equipped with cosy bedrooms, modern bathrooms with shower and toilet, a lovely living/eating area with fully equipped kitchen. Every apartment offers in addition a balcony or a terrace. In the PLUS area, a lift is available as well.
Is there a hair dryer in the apartments?
Yes, every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
Do you supply towels and linen?
We do offer one time only linen, hand and bath towels.
The bed will already be made and the towels can be found in the bathroom.
Can I request a change of towels?
The hand and bath towels can be changed for a small fee at the Front Desk.
We are arriving with a baby. What do we need to bring with us?
We offer cots, high chairs and staircase security complimentary.
Due to the small amount of these things, we kindly ask you to contact us prior to your arrival.
Changes and cancellation of your booking
Can I change my booking or cancel it?
Of course, you can change or cancel your booking. Please, refer to your cancellation policy to avoid any additional charges.
What is the cancelation policy at the Bergparadies****
Our cancellation policy is supplied by the Austrian Hotel organisation, which offers it’s terms and conditions from 2006 to the hotel industry. These terms and conditions are:
- Up to 3 months prior to your arrival date – free of charge
- 3 months up to 1 months prior to your arrival date – 40% of your accommodation amount will be charged
- 1 months up to 1 week prior to your arrival day – 70% of your accommodation amount will be charged
- In the last week and No Show – 90% of your accommodation amount will be charged.
Is there cancellation insurance available?
We suggest the cancellation insurance from our partner Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
